Northwest Arkansas Pride and Trans March

About NWA Pride 2021

Northwest Arkansas Pride Weekend is back! We'll be limited in events and reconfigured due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns, but we'll be protesting and celebrating with the same spirit as ever!

The 17th Annual NWA Pride Parade will step off on Saturday, June 26th, at Noon. The Parade will honor AIDS activist Ruth Coker Burks, and Washington County Justice of the Peace Evelyn Rios Stafford, the first openly trans person elected to office in Arkansas. Register a group or find out more information here.

For those hanging back at home, the NWA Pride Parade will be live-streamed through our Facebook page, and broadcast later on our YouTube page.

Other events include the NWA Trans March, a comedy show with Matteo Lane, the annual Pride Drag Brunch with the Dickson Street Divas, and a concert with Dazz & Brie in the North Forest Lights at Crystal Bridges. Find out more about these events in the calendar drop-downs below.

Due to social distancing requirements and safety restrictions, the Annual NWA Pride Festival (including street vendors), Glitterville, and the Hi Tea Pool Party will NOT be held this year.

We're excited to have LIVE events that bring our LGBTQ community together to protest against inequality and celebrate the fabulous and multi-faceted expressions of our diverse LGBTQ culture and 17 years of Pride in Northwest Arkansas.
